I Don't Know What Beer Tastes Like (俺はビールの味を知らない, Ore wa bīru no aji wo shiranai?) is Chapter 110 of the manga Beastars written and illustrated by Paru Itagaki, published in the Weekly Shōnen Champion of the Akita Shoten publishing house.[1]
Synopsis[]
Seven invites Legoshi to buy sneakers to get to know his shoe tastes as a way to investigate carnivores. Legoshi, not having a strong sense of fashion, chose simple sneakers, something that bothered Seven a bit because her company believes that flashy shoes are what carnivores want. While Legoshi goes to the bathroom, some of Seven's coworkers arrive at the premises. When they noticed her, they began to annoy her, but Legoshi came to her rescue. Seeing how her coworkers' attitude changed because they were afraid of that wolf, she was very angry, because she felt despised in front of carnivores. She believes that her years of study were in vain because they do not give her the respect she deserves. She exposed this anger towards Legoshi, telling him how despite being a social outcast who is 12 years younger than her, he managed to shut her coworkers up with just a few words and not a single fake smile all because he's a big carnivore. Feeling guilty he continued behind her trying to make her forgive him. At the end on the rooftop of Beast Apartments, they make amends and Seven tells Legoshi that he did nothing wrong. At that moment, Sagwan comes to the rooftop and Legoshi introduces him to Seven.
