Chapter 5 was then published in August 2017, while Chapter 6 was published in another Akita Shoten magazine, Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine, in November 2017. On February 8, 2018, the first compilation volume was published that included the first six chapters of the manga.
The seventh chapter was also published in the Bessatsu Shōnen Champion in April 2019.
After a long hiatus, the return of the series was confirmed for a mini-serialization in Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine on January 7, 2021[1][2], According to Paru Itagaki, the mini-serialization was primarily a spin-off about the animals living in Beast Apartments[3]. After this mini-serialization ended, the manga returned to being a project Itagaki would periodically contribute to while continuing the serialization of her manga Sanda, with the most recent release being in September 2023.
