Love it
Lol
Its kinda funny
Agreed
yes i agree
I know this is a meme but i thought i'd come be an analytical downer anyways.
Zootopia: I can see this being plausible for an overarching universe, and setting aside art and anatomy differences, their approach to getting carnivores (or in the Zootopia terminology, predators) sustenance and protein through entomophagy (the eating of insects) work well together. However, the societal structure is different between Zootopia and Beastars especially considering that in Beastars, members of society struggle with guttural predatory instincts that lead to a surprising number of murders to human standards. These 'instincts' were present as well in Zootopia, but only when triggered by a drug. otherwise, these instincts were not present in society, and was even said to have evolved out of their dna. So, unless this is in completely separate parts of the world, or different planets, they wouldn't work together in the same continuity. Also there are no reptiles, avians, amphibians, or fish in Zootopia.
Aggretsuko
Out of all of the furry animes on Netflix, I believe Aggretsuko is the least furry. The show is basically all but devoid of reference to the fact that they are anthropomorphic animals or animals at all, unless in some cases making an animal pun or sound. Unless it is set in an anarchy-ridden country or one with no laws or stigma about eating meat, It does not align whatsoever with the societal rules put in place by the Beastars universe and continuity, because the main characters of the series eat meat or animal products with no second thought on several occasions. I am once again disregarding the art and design differences.
Brand New Animal
The Introduction of Beastmen and Humans into the Beastars universe would absolutely ravage society. Now along with the carni vs. herbi conflict of Beastars, there would also be the Humans vs. Beastmen conflict as well. On top of all of that, there would also be LITERAL CONFIRMED GODS. The societal stance on eating meat or other animal products is not explored whatsoever in this series, so I have nothing to go off of for that.
Bojack Horseman
This is also a show on Netflix with anthropomorphic animal characters so I'll put it here too. The Bojack universe is a pretty faithful parallel to our world, so i doubt it would fit into the Beastars continuity very well, especially since humans are not only existent, but also common. Also, there is a small ethical argument around the morality of eating meat (specifically chicken) in this universe, but it's nowhere near the taboo shown in Beastars.
Conclusion
Based on what i''ve presented here, I don't think it's at all likely or possible for Beastars, Aggretsuko, BNA, and Zootopia (and bojack i guess) to be in a shared continuity or universe. there are just too many societal conflicts between them for them to work together
Fr tho lol
What do you think?
